Marx Medina

Co-Founder/CEO

Marx is a dynamic professional with a strong background in business leadership and international experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Santo Tomas (“UST”) in Manila, Philippines. During his academic journey, Marx demonstrated exceptional leadership as the Executive Board President of Pax Romana, Chairperson for the Philippine Junior Marketing Association, and received a Service Leadership Excellence Award. Marx furthered his education with a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.

Marx launched his career with an internship at Nestlé, followed by a role as an Export Officer at RFM Corporation. At the age of 22, he moved to the United States and began as a Key Account Manager in a seafood company. Over time, his dedication and strategic acumen led him through various roles including Marketing and Merchandising Manager, and eventually led to his current position as Regional Vice President of Sales.

As a co-founder of UFAP, Marx recognized the need for Filipino professionals to expand their networks. He co-established the organization to create a platform for meaningful professional connections.

Outside of work, Marx enjoys playing basketball and badminton. He is dedicated to fostering community and collaboration, reflecting his passion for helping and connecting people. Marx’s extensive experience, leadership skills, and commitment to personal and professional growth make him a valuable asset to the organizations he engages with.

Ronn Dilig

Co-Founder/CTO

Ronn is a dedicated software engineer with a robust background in planning, developing, and maintaining diverse software applications. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from System Technological Institute College, consistently making the Dean’s list and actively participating in programming contests.

Ronn began his career in 2015 as a Junior Web Developer at Henderson Blake, a burgeoning startup. The fast-paced environment provided an excellent training ground, allowing Ronn to hone his skills and adapt to the rapidly evolving technology landscape. After a year, he transitioned to Cafe24 Philippines, where he spent five years. Starting as a PHP developer, Ronn’s talent and leadership skills quickly led to promotions to Team Leader and subsequently Group Team Leader. At Cafe24, he managed a team of over 200 web developers, significantly contributing to business and project planning. His ability to build strong professional relationships and foster a collaborative team environment was instrumental to the company’s growth.

In 2020, Ronn moved to the United States with his wife and secured a position at Internet Brands, where he was responsible for maintaining car forums and multiple company websites. He then transitioned to ADP, where he took on more complex and impactful roles. At ADP, Ronn focuses on team and employee engagement, leveraging his unique ability to connect with and understand people. He plays a critical role in improving team dynamics and productivity by implementing innovative solutions and fostering a positive work environment. His work has contributed to higher employee satisfaction and better overall team performance.

Ronn thrives in a remote work environment with a flexible schedule, which allows him to spend valuable time with his family. Married to a supportive wife, they have two delightful daughters. As a family, they enjoy traveling and exploring new places and experiences together.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ronn is passionate about sports, having played basketball and been a volleyball varsity player in high school. He also enjoys computer gaming, including Dota, Call Of Duty, and NBA 2k.

Ronn’s career is marked by his ability to adapt, lead, and connect with people, making him a valuable asset in any team-oriented environment. He believes in creating the right environment for individuals to showcase and develop their skills, actively sharing his experiences and insights, including speaking at career festivals to guide upcoming graduates.
